The kitchen is still the heart of the home! I've collected a group of inspiring DIY kitchens to inspire!

Think about it...it's the hub. It's where cooking and baking happens, homework gets done, games get played, and people congregate when you host a party. Food is very important in our culture!

Many of us have kitchens that fall far short of our expectations. They might be too small, have bad lighting or a weird work triangle. Maybe the space in your kitchen makes it difficult to have people over, or you have limited counter space. My own kitchen is very dysfunctional. I have 2-1/2 drawers total, very little work space, and not a lot of storage. I hope to change that, but in the meantime I've been gathering ideas from other DIYers who have tackled their own kitchen challenges and created beautiful, functional kitchens.
