Thanksgiving Silhouettes Using Craft Vinyl

Today I want to share a fun (and temporary) way to add Thanksgiving to your wall! If you missed it, I shared an easy and inexpensive DIY way to hang plates on the wall awhile back.
I have a hutch full of thrifted ironstone in my dining room. The vintage white looks fabulous with everything and I love mixing and matching different styles all on one table! I hung some of the extra plates on the wall and thought they needed a little spiffing up for Thanksgiving.
I cut out some inexpensive vinyl silhouettes for fall using my Silhouette machine and some black craft vinyl.
If you don't own a die cut machine, you could substitute black stickers.
My favorite thing about owning a die cut machine is that I can customize my designs. I can choose the font and the size so that it works perfectly for my project...every time!
I chose simple designs that are both fun and festive.
This is a project with limitless possibilities! You could do family member names, or monograms, or even things you're thankful for! The plates are the canvas for your imagination!
The vinyl is easy to remove once the season has passed.
These Thanksgiving vinyl silhouettes are playful and I love the fact that they're totally unique!
