9 Easy Rae Dunn Inspired Valentines DIYs
A collection of Valentines DIYs that are Rae Dunn inspired and will display beautifully with your favorite Rae Dunn items!
Are you a fan of Rae Dunn?
First popularized by
Liz Marie Blog,
and then highly sought after by home decor lovers everywhere, this fun pottery
featuring tall skinny letters on a creamy background was out of reach for many
of us. Hard to find. Limited supplies. Literally fought over by women across
the country!
I was one of those who loved Rae Dunn items and
coveted them, but wasn't willing to devote my precious time to constantly
hunting for it, driving hours to all the TJ Maxx, Marshalls and Home Goods
stores in a 50 mile radius...on a weekly basis!
Think this sounds
crazy? I promise you it is reality. Or at least was! I've noticed that Rae
Dunn items are much more easily accessible and can only guess that the
majority of women who previously haunted the aisles of the TJ Maxx umbrella of
stores either ran out of money or space in their homes or they finally tired
of this collecting unicorn and moved on to something else 😄
I was
hot on the Rae Dunn trail last year, and came up with several easy DIYs that
feature that coveted Rae Dunn style but without the price tag or the hours
spent hunting! I've compiled all my favorite Valentines DIYs that are Rae Dunn
inspired! I hope you enjoy these projects!
1. Rae Dunn Inspired Conversation Hearts
Aren't these hearts the cutest things? There's a mini conversation heart along
with a larger one that I painted with a buffalo check pattern in pink.

2. Painted Sign for Valentines
One of my favorite home decor tricks is to create double-sided signs! Saves
on storage, and doubles the options!

3. Rae Dunn Inspired Tea Towel
Maybe the only thing more popular than Rae Dunn is buffalo check! When I
found black and white buffalo check fabric at Dollar Tree, I thought I'd
died and gone to heaven! 😍 Okay, not really...but I was pretty happy!

on a mug rack beside your favorite Dunn mugs, I'm sure you can find a
creative use for it! I've paired it here with my

If you're not a fan of the commercial Valentines Day colors and decor, then
this post is for you! Blush and black together is an updated take on this
fun holiday!
Rather than standing out, these colors work with
your home decor and that means you can decorate earlier and leave it out
longer! Not everything needs to be specifically Valentines either, but by
bringing these colors and ideas together, you can create a home that exudes
warmth, personality and love!
