I feel like every season is my favorite when it comes around. Each season
brings different joys and Spring is all about rebirth and hope!
I love decorating for Spring with bright flowers and colors and I'm sure you
do too. Anything that will speed us towards summer, right (although tbh,
summer in Texas isn't my favorite time of the year!) 😉
Today I'm sharing 13 of my very favorite budget friendly projects for Spring.
Which one will you make first?
13 Amazing DIY Projects for Spring
No. 1: Aged Stone Flowerpot with Hydrangeas
Who knew that a brand new terracotta pot could look like this? I envision
someone excavating it from the grounds of a villa in Tuscany 😉 Easy to make
and so impressive!
No. 2: Blush Pink Spring Wreath (2 ways)
A great way to save big bucks is to make your own wreaths! I'm showing you two
ways to make a gorgeous Spring wreath using blush pink florals.
No. 3: Spring Nest Centerpiece with Tulips and Daffodils
One of my favorite projects this year was making this gorgeous and impressive
Spring bird's nest centerpiece! These amazing faux tulips and daffodils make it look so realistic.
No. 4: Cottage Flower Arrangement for Under $10
This pretty cottage flower arrangement is a cinch to make and it cost less
than $10 (can you tell that I love creating decorations for my home on a very
small budget?)! Come see where I found my florals!
No. 5: DIY Topiary with Faux Greenery
This large and impressive topiary looks great anywhere! I made it for around
$20. It's an impressive 25", which makes this an amazing bargain.
No. 6: 5 minute wreath
Greenery adds so much life to a room, even when it's faux! This easy, 5-minute
wreath proves my point. It took longer to write this post than to put this DIY
wreath together!
No. 7: Easy DIY Bee Skep for Under $10
Bees buzzing around colorful flowers means Spring is here and summer isn't too
far behind! You can make your own bee skeps using simple items you have around
the home and this sisal from Walmart. I made all three DIY bee hives for under $20!
No. 8: Graduation Memory Wreath
It's almost graduation time and what better way to show your pride than a
handmade graduation memory wreath? I made this black and white one for my son
Kyle, but you'll also find a link to a colorful version that I made for my son
Braden. I'm also sharing a super inexpensive way to made a wreath form using a
pool noodle!
No. 9: Dollar Store Succulent Centerpiece
Succulents and moss are perfect together and make a beautiful centerpiece for
Spring!
No. 10: DIY Flower Crowns
These sweet flower crowns are so easy to make and look beautiful! I even
made a tiny one for our pup Millie! This is another dollar store Spring DIY!
No. 11: Easy Decoupage Chargers
Use any paper napkin to make custom chargers for your Spring dining table! I
especially love this pattern I found that matches my vintage blue and white
dishes.
No. 12: Painted and Aged Flower Pot Wreath
Here's a different way to aged painted pots using a simple DIY textured
paint! All you do is combine paint with one simple ingredient that I'm sure
you have in your pantry already!
No. 13: Fun DIY Doormat
Mr DIY asked and I delivered! Click through to read the story and see how to
make your own custom doormat even if you don't own a die cut machine (like
a Silhouette or Cricut).
