5 Easter DIYs to craft
If you've followed me for any length of time, you'll know I love a good craft! I enjoy the bigger projects, like adding a faux brick wall or painting my fireplace, but sitting down to work on a pretty craft is very rewarding (and usually is faster and easier too!).
I've put together 5 of my favorite Easter projects that are quick and fairly
easy to make. Some include video tutorials, but all include full step by step
tutorials, so to see the details make sure to click on the blue links below.
Vintage Inspired Drop Cloth Carrots
These drop cloth carrots are a brand new DIY for 2022. They have a vintage
vibe and will work with both bunnies and eggs as well as vintage dishes and
vignettes. You can
click here for the video tutorial.
Salt Dough Rabbit Ornaments
These Easter bunny ornaments are crafted from salt dough, and given their dark
color with the addition of cinnamon
(which also makes them smell so good!). They too have a vintage vibe
and I love how the dark color contrasts with my white dishes on my
Spring decorated table.
Cottage Floral Easter Eggs
These sweet cottage eggs are simple to make with just napkins and craft eggs.
I love the colors (I'm kind of a sucker for pink!) and the florals.
These Easter eggs are so cute however you choose to display them! See my post
for more decorating ideas.
French Inspired Seedling Pots
What is it about white painted surfaces and lavender that just feel French,
mes oui? These dollar store pots are painted and stamped and I can't
get enough of them. Adding little sprigs of lavender is the perfect finishing
touch, and look extra cute on a
small faux cake.
Ooh lala, tres chic! (and that's about the extent of my high school French,
lol!)
Teacup Nests for Spring
Who doesn't love a darling Spring nest filled with eggs? You can buy them but
why not make them for so much less! I paired these little moss nests with
teacups and I think it's a match made in Spring decor heaven! You can
click here to watch the video tutorial to make these 5-minute (or less) nests.
