A magical vintage Christmas home tour
A quick note: my home is filled with oodles of handmade Christmas decor items, many which I've shared tutorials for, either here at diybeautify.com or on my Instagram page. A vintage inspired Christmas tree
When I was planning my ornaments and decor for this year's Christmas tree, I was drawn to sage green, blush pink and gold. Normally my tree is colorful and red plays a primary role. I was torn because our home is so open, I was worried about colors clashing and not being cohesive. In the end, I decided that Christmas magic is about embracing whatever makes you happy! To make it a little easier on the eye, I divided my open plan home into zones. This really helped me to concentrate on individual areas and keeping the Christmas decor cohesive within each zone. You'll understand more as we go along.DIY projects:
